On Snow

I'd like to point out that frozen slush is *NOT* snow.

And why is it everywhere buy New England is getting snow this year? I mean, we have 2" of frozen slush on the driveway, and NO SNOW, but Virginia has snow, New Mexico has snow, Texas has snow....

So not fair.
